Rules and regulations
Most trails have signs indicating whether or not they are 50” or narrower trails. Vehicles that are over 50” wide must stay on Forest Service roads. Vehicles under 50” are permitted on Forest Service roads but are not permitted on paved highways unless they are street legal. All ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and UTVs must display a current Wyoming tag which can be picked up at Arrowhead. All wheeled vehicles must stay on designated roads and trails. Users and passengers 16 and under must wear a helmet. For more on rules and regulations, visit the Bighorn National Forest website.
